Do you I have to pay to participate in events?
It depends on the event. Find out at the respective event registration page whether, and how much it costs.
What if an event is fully booked?
If an event is already fully booked, you can still be put on the waiting list free of charge. Go to the respective event page and fill out the contact form for the waiting list.
I booked an event but can no longer participate, what do I do now?
