I am aware of the risks associated with my participation. I therefore confirm that neither the organizer nor BWT Holding GmbH ("BWT") and/or its affiliated companies can be held liable if I should sustain an injury.

I am in possession of valid liability and personal accident insurance that covers damages in connection with my participation. I accept full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by me and indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, BWT and/or its affiliates.

I undertake to comply with the organizer’s competition and safety rules for my own benefit as well as for the benefit of all participants. I have checked my equipment and ensured that it is in good condition, has been properly maintained and is suitable for the event. The organizer reserves the right to refuse my participation at any time.

BWT and any third party authorized by BWT shall have the right to make and use sound recordings, video recordings and photographs of the Event and to use my name, image, voice, likeness, appearance, performance, and biographical data in any media for various purposes (whether for business, advertising and promotion, editorial or otherwise) without limitation in time. BWT and all third parties authorized by BWT are entitled to use, broadcast, perform, present, reproduce and/or make available to the public the material in all media, e.g. radio, TV, at events, on data carriers and on the Internet.

BWT reserves the right to make changes, interruptions, cuts or other edits to the material and to use this modified material without restriction.

In addition, BWT has the right to transfer the rights granted to third parties.

I acknowledge that I will have no right to authorize the material.

I understand that I may not be named as a participant in the event and I do not expect any financial benefit from my appearance in the event-related materials.
